A ground zero location in the heart of Silicon Valley made this obsolete GTE Research Facility a natural for The Cherrybrook Group to rezone for residential uses. A five home motorcourt product ranging in size from 1,375 to 2,025 square feet with three and four bedrooms was approved quickly by the City of Mountain View. The 120 small lot detached homes are built at a density of 11 units per acre. The Cherrybrook Group ventured with Shea Homes in the construction of the project.
